Relax, Music & Playlists

The Tried and True Lofi Girl. I've always enjoyed the idea that thousands of other people are streaming the video with me, and that in a way we are all working together.

C H I L L - A collection of lofi, jazzhop, and a little vaporwave videos. This playlist, on shuffle, has helped me through countless hours of work, school, and writing.

AAS - A playlist I put together in 2016-17 mostly inspired by 88.9 WERS and current indie, with a little alternative hip-hop and humor thrown in the mix. I tried to add only music videos, so that I could run the audio through a hi-fi system and watch the video on a vintage CRT. Probably my favorite playlist I've put together.

AAS 2 - Inspired by the first playlist, I assembled a similarly themed playlist sometime in late 2018. May be a little biased in saying this, but another great playlist.

AAS 2.5 - Put together in early 2020, I had songs I wanted to group in an AAS playlist, but felt I didn't have enough to create an entire AAS 3, so 2.5 emerged.

Dwayne Johnson isn't Dead - Because rock isn't dead, get it? A small collection of modern rock songs with good music videos that I felt were a little too rockus to all go into an AAS playlist. Put together in mid - 2020.

Oldies that slap - A playlist of some of my favorite (mostly) pre-70s music.

Oldies that shred - A playlist of songs that I believe were ahead of their time in terms of how hard they go. Surprisingly, the Beatles make up two of the six songs.
